Once activated, this feature allows an applicant to request the deletion of their deposit regardless of its status. As a reminder, once a candidate has submitted his deposit at least once, he no longer has the possibility to delete it.

You have been waiting for it with impatience, the email address of sending is (finally) customizable! Choose a contact email address, if it has an inbox, the depositors will be able to answer you directly.

Many of you have asked for it, it's here! wiin.io now allows you to create a gallery of projects based on the deposits received. This feature will allow you to select the repositories you want to highlight, to configure the questions you want your users to see! Don't wait any longer to publish!

Easily manage and sort collected deposits with Tags! You can add as many as you want, just give it a name and a color code. Tags allow you to easily identify and find your records within your program.

Editing files consists of making changes to the answers on the forms submitted by applicants from your administrator interface. The system keeps track of your changes and provides transparency.

Automation is a feature that will allow you to perform repetitive operations automatically. It's simple, you want to be alerted when a deposit is made, you just have to create an automation rule: select the "Deposit finalized" trigger then select the "Send an email" action and configure the collaborators who should be alerted. Views allow you to create custom tables by applying filters to your list of repositories. You can also rearrange the columns to suit your needs.

Easily follow everything that happens on your platform thanks to the activity log. The latest corrections, the latest finalized filings... You have access to the events of the last three months. You can also download the complete archive of the activity log since the creation of the platform. We could have called it "Logbook" but we don't have a seaman's certificate (and some people in the team are seasick).

Finally available, public voting allows you to share the selected projects with the public. You give your users the opportunity to vote for a favourite project. So, are you more of a "like", "heart" or "star"?

With messaging, you can easily exchange with your respondents directly on your platform! Messaging is instant and secure for you and your respondents. Everything that happens on your platform, stays on your platform.

Alone we go faster, together we go further! This is what the team participation feature allows. You can allow your respondents to invite team members to join the platform to help them complete the information requested.
